Each REPs represent and warrant that they have all the rights to list the said properties on the website and are not violating any rights of any other person including intellectual property right and any applicable laws, also they are complying with the regulatory requirement which includes RERA Act 2016 certification.
REPs are supposed to list properties with the details those are current, up to date, accurate, including pricing, location, specification etc.
By listing the properties REPs are granting all the rights and authorizing PC.com to use or share the data in any manner
At any point in time if propertycolossal.com finds any information which is irrelevant the account and listing or AD by the REP will be suspended without any prior notification.
General
Propertycolossal.com however tries to be as accurate as possible but does not warrant that the content or description of the website is accurate, reliable or up to the mark to take any decision based on the information displayed over the website.
